Roof on, brickwork up, services in, and the last look before the linings.
Lock-up is the second look at everything the frame inspection listed and the only look at what has been added since. The Oran Park frame records behind this page include wall junctions not nailed off, slotted brackets not installed and truss boots missing, all of which are connections a lining hides permanently. The photographs on this page were taken in Oran Park, about four kilometres north west and under the same council. Gledswood Hills has booked us for frame work rather than this stage, and captioning another suburb's photographs honestly seemed better than implying a local library we do not have.

It fixes a non load bearing wall to the structure above while letting the roof move as it loads and unloads. Without it the wall either takes load it was never sized for or is not fixed at all.
A connector tying the truss to what supports it. Missing, the truss relies on nails alone for a connection that was designed for a bracket.
Yes, two names for one window, defined by services being in and linings not being up.
About two hours, plus the report the same day.
We assess what is still exposed and record which areas were already closed, so at least you know what could not be seen.
If you can, yes. Lock-up is where the frame list gets closed out, and an unclosed frame item is one that stays hidden for the life of the house.
